For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a comfortable room. The location on the beach was stunning and the staff treated us very well throughout our stay.

loved the beachfront view, waves, and train-carts vibe! check-in staff were delightful. this stay exceeded my previous one in mossel bay. great value for money and easy check-out. felt safe with excellent security. perfect location for a relaxing getaway by the beach.

The communal bathroom and shower facilities were not well-maintained and could have been cleaner. The lack of ventilation in the rooms, bathroom, and shower area was also a downside.

The view is amazing, right on the ocean. It feels like being on a tropical island and the train experience is unique. the breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided great service. the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and other attractions.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing a wider variety of bath products closer to the shower, rather than having them behind a glass. Additionally, the floors in the bathroom were quite slippery, and changing them to vinyl tile could help prevent any accidents.

I recently had a delightful few days at Santos Express. The location is superb, right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sound of lapping waves. The staff at reception were quite helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The restaurant and kitchen staff were also pleasant, serving up a delicious breakfast and excellent fish and calamari for dinner. it was a unique and memorable experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach. You can enjoy the calming sound of the waves all night long. the breakfast in the morning is delicious and gets your day off to a great start.

The service in the restaurant during the day can be improved. Drinks take a long time to be served and some customers have complained about the quality of the premix cocktails.
